Can I upgrade my storage?
The plan you choose has a minimum storage size (50G) for a fixed fee per year. You can upgrade your storage if you upgrade your plan1 to plan2, you will get unlimited storage.

Can I upgrade my e-mail amount?
Every organization can send up to 10,000 free emails per a year, if you need more than 10,000 emails you can pay $??? to get 10,000 emails in addition to your free emails amount.

Can I change plans?
Absolutely, you can change plans at any time, just contact us by emailing info@kpiplus.com.

What payment methods do you accept?
For paid plans KPI Plus accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal method and bank transfer, and you will be billed in US Dollars. KPI Plus does not accept cheques, postal orders, or pay by phone.

Can I get demo plan?
Yes, you can easily get demo plan by enter the Log In button on our site; with attention that demo account does not keep your data.

With paid plans, when I will be billed?
You will be billed yearly starting on the day you upgrade to a paid plan and until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time within the app and you will not bill again.

Can I get my data back out later?
Yes, all accounts have a full data export facility built in.

Do I have to sign a fixed term contract?
No, KPI Plus is a pay-per-year service and your credit card will bill each year. There are no long-term contracts and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel the service, you will never bill again.

Can I get training?
Yes, KPI Plus can provides training and qualification fee service in your work place , cost depends on location and time, we can provide you with a professional trainer to work with you and provide the necessary training, advice and processing program that fits your business ,you need to contact us by emailing info@kpiplus.com to get the cost .
